Download the provided zip file "DB1_Stereo_Decal_Pack.zip," and extract the three folders inside: DB1_Stereo_Info, DB1_Stereo_Recessed, and DB1_Stereo_Words.  Copy and paste the folders into your decal machine decals folder. 

The default decal machine decals folder file path is: Users/YourPC/AppData/Roaming/Blender Foundation/ Blender/Blenderversion/scripts/addons/Decal Machine/assets/Decals.
